Welcome!
From all the providers and staff at Hinsdale Pediatrics,
We pray for the health and well-being of you and your family through this very difficult time. We are proud of our patients in the local community for taking seriously the call for social distancing to curb the spread of Covid-19. Please continue to follow precautions to protect your family and your community members.

Hinsdale Pediatrics is committed to the health and safety of our patients and their families. We are taking extreme precautions to protect patients and staff in the office. We like to think that we may be the cleanest place in town!!
  1. Separating exams in the morning and sick appointments in the afternoon.
  2. Thorough cleaning overnight and wiping down entire room before every patient.
  3. No wait! Patients call from parking lot and go straight to patient room.
  4. Staff wearing protective equipment (mask and goggles) for ALL patients.
  5. Screening patients on phone before appointments are made.

WELL EXAMS AND VACCINES:
Per recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the CDC, well checks for children, especially those needing vaccines, are considered essential to maintain healthy growth and development and avoid vaccine preventable diseases. This recommendation has not changed due to the pandemic. While you are home from work, please call to schedule your child's exam and vaccines today.

SICK CHECKS:
We are here for you through this pandemic. If your child is unwell, please call us. We will help determine the best way for us to connect with you based on your child's age and symptoms.

  1. Telemedicine visit - Video visits with your doctor can help identify severity of illness and diagnose and treat many illnesses. Call our office and we can help determine if your child's symptoms are appropriate to evaluate via a telemedicine visit. ADHD medicine follow ups can be performed on telemedicine. Your insurance company may waive your copay for telemedicine visits.
  2. Drive up visit - We are coming down to the parking lot in full protective gear to perform ear checks and strep tests when necessary. Call the office and we can determine if your child's symptoms are appropriate for a drive-up visit.
  3. In Office visits - Some visits, like ear aches and visits that require hands on evaluation require examination in the office.

Take care of your family and remember we are here
